Your Surfing Session

What to bring

Surf Sessions provides all of the surfing equipment that you need for your SESSION including surfboard, wetsuits, legrope and sunscreen. Just bring a towel, your bathers and get ready for a great time

Meet & Drive Time

Surfers should meet 10 minutes prior TO THEIR LESSON. THE SURF Sessions trailer WILL BE located 100 METERS TO THE WEST(BARWON HEADS SIDE) OF THE OCEAN GROVE SURF LIFE SAVING CLUB & CAFE.

In the event that conditions are better suited at our other locations, you will be contacted by Surf Sessions.

Drive time from the West Gate Bridge and the Melbourne airport are approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

The Lesson

Lessons will cover a variety of topics including safety in the surf, how to get up to a standing position, body positioning when standing, turning technique, surfing etiquette and caring for our beach environment. With advanced coaches in the water with you, we can provide all levels of coaching as well as ensure that you feel safe and comfortable at all times.
